Walmart Register Reward Update

While I was at Walgreens today I ran into my frugal friend, Natalie. She had some Walmart news that she wanted me to share with you. She had just come from Walmart (Belvidere, IL) where she tried to pay with Register Rewards (OYNO) and was denied. She was told that they are no longer allowing any OYNO Catalina coupons. The cashier told her that they were all (cashiers) forced to sign a form that stated that they understood that OYNO Catalina coupons were not allowed and that they would not take them. Apparently this store feels that they don't have to follow the new corporate policy that allows Catalina manufacturer coupons. So, the saga continues.
